Free Upgrades??

I just noticed something on the email that mousesavers sent out about the free dining. It says something about the passes can be upgraded at no extra charge. Has anyone used this? I am on hold right now with Disney to find out. I have the free dining but did not do anything about the passes and I don't want to miss out on anything GOOD.

I know I read it wrong, and the worst of it is my husband is the one who pointed it out to me Thanks for the correction.
