Free transportation with Flex Ticket?

Hi, i jut read this from Sea World's website
the FlexTicket now includes free round-trip transportation between all five parks.

This is the first time i have heard about this. Has anyone used it? Is it reliable? how often do they come?

What are the 5 parks? Sea World, Universal, Islands of Adventure, Wet & Wild and ???.

Bush Gardens (Tampa). I think the bus for Bush Gardens leaves from Sea World (once a day).
