Try Miss Kates Cuttables - she has all kinds of SVGS and offers a free one daily. Most of her SVGS are cheap 35 cents to a dollar!

I love MissKatesCuttables! Unfortunately though the freebies are once a week now. But most of her files are indeed very affordable.
