Ok, some people are gonna be mad and call this stealing but here is the tip. We recently got back from a great vacation and used the following to get us a free stroller each night. Disney now offers after hours at a designated park once a night for on site resort guests. They give you a wrist band with a vaild room key, and when the general public leaves the park only resort guests can use the park. When the general public leave the park in a mass panic they leave strollers everywhere, so when our boy was too tired to keep up with us old folk we just thew him in an unused stroller. (Unused strollers will have no documentation attached to them.)

The after hours only worked well at Epcot and MGM, MK was still jammed full, in fact we had to wait about 45 min for Peter pan. Epcot was however great! I only waited about 10 min for mission space.

IMHO, that's not stealing at all. If they don't return the stroller then I think anyone can use it.

Once, on our first day of our trip last August with two 4 year old, I thought we wouldn't need our stroller for a quick trip to MGM from BWV. Well, as soon as we entered the park a nice couple asked us if we wanted their double stroller as they were leaving the park. We said thank you and took it. Thank goodness they were kind enough to let us have their stroller as it was SO hot it made my 4 year old miserable and the stroller was life-saving! From then on, we never left our stroller in the room!

I see nothing wrong with this.

That's not stealing or cheating the system. I've done that before. I do it the other way around too. We got a stroller, walked around a bit then decided to leave the park for another park. We gave our stroller to a woman who was waiting in line for a stroller. Nothing wrong with that.

It's not fun at the end of the night to get off a ride and have your stroller taken. I had mine taken 3 times last trip. I can't believe people do this. We got off of Peter Pan and it was after 10:00 pm and there was no stroller.

That's TOTALLY different then what the OP is suggesting. That IS stealing and rude!

She's talking about abandoned stroller from guests who have left. The way you can tell is that the name tag is gone and it's probably near the exit.
