Hi Paul. Do you have any data on what small contracts sold for in March? The blended average price across all DVC resorts ticked up slightly to $123 per point, continuing the trend we’ve seen all year — a market that’s steady, stable, and… waiting.
Despite:
The new $500 resale admin fee
Recent direct price increases
Ongoing ROFR activity
…we’re still not seeing any major shifts in pricing just yet.
One thing that is starting to change? Inventory.
We’re now seeing 285 active listings, the highest level in about 8 months, which could signal the early stages of more supply coming back to the market.
Also worth noting — Disney just released updated guidance on commercial use of DVC points, building on last year’s changes. Too early to tell if this impacts resale listings, but it’s definitely something we’re keeping an eye on.
For now, the market feels like it’s in a “wait-and-see” phase.

That would be an amazing addition @pkrieger2287 if time allows. I really like seeing the average selling based of contract size like a a competitor lists on their updates.Hi Paul. Do you have any data on what small contracts sold for in March?
DVCRM does not break down by contract size, but Fidelity does. They have not posted March data yet, but when they do you will find it here.Hi Paul. Do you have any data on what small contracts sold for in March?
I think their 5 tier levels are good.No promises, but I can look at options and see what might be possible in the future...
Would you want something similar to Fidelity? As in the same tiers or different?
