On our last trip in Oct '07.. we were in line for stroller rental when Disney Pixie dust worked its magic again & a very nice lady offered us her ticket for a free stroller rental (IF IT WAS YOU...thank you so much. God bless you.). We're going again in a week 
& my Dh & I were just discussing how this beautiful little lady came across this ticket & how maybe we could get one of our own for this trip. I looked on the Disney Visa site..thinking maybe it was a perk for disney visa card holders (since we are), but I only saw free stroller rentals at disneyland. This wasn't something that WAS available in oct but isn't now, is it? that is a GREAT little perk.
