This has probably occurred to other people, but it was new to me, so I thought I'd share. It seems after every trip to WDW I come home with a film canister partially filled with Mickey confetti. I have some that ds picked up during parades, some that was sprinkled on our table at Crystal Palace for my b-day, etc.
A while back, I'd read that someone had taken a pretty glass bottle with them on the Disney Cruise and filled it with Castaway Cay sand as a special (free!) souvenir. So that's what I'm going to do with my confetti. I'll have a little jar on my desk filled with sparkly Mickey memories.
And to make it even more "budget", I'm using a small glass jar that had a candle in it, so the jar is free and I'm recycling, too! LOL
