As I was placing a order with Tupperware through My Points, I clicked on item #1961
Smidget Set and it said FREE with any order.
I added it to my order and sure enough they are FREE.
Gotta love those hidden freebies!!

Figures. I placed my order last week, and didn't find any freebies.

But for some reason a consultant from NY's name always shows up as my consultant (despite my best efforts to switch it to my "local" one). Well, the one from NY sent me a free orange peeler as a Thank You for my order. Wasn't trying to give her credit, but hey, whatever.

:)

I just ordered my $10 GS and was able to get the free smidget set with it.

Thanks! I was wondering about that.

Hmmmm...may be time for another eCert!

Okay, I just ordered an eCert and got the free Smidget set (took a while to find it)!

Probably should have ordered it under my Mom's account though--then she'd be ready to cashout. Oh, well. Can't bring myself to do two orders.

How soon can you use the Ecert after buying it? Do you have to wait a week or two or can you use it the next day?

You can use it as soon as it makes it to your mailbox (which is usually immediately!).
Sure want one of those smidget sets....
gotta do some tupperware.

Oooh, thanks so much for the heads up! I need to place my montly Tupperware order soon!! :)

I bought a sandwich holder and they say the side compartments are big enough to put smidgets in, so I think I did pretty well. The sandwich holder was around $8, and I had $2 left on my e-card.

Got mine. Thanks for the reminder about the free offer. I actually received an email from Tupperware about this that I totally missed.

I bought the sandwich holder, too!! :D That's how I managed to even FIND the smidgets. Great deal!:D

A teeny tiny little round flat container with a lid. You get a set of 3: red, white, blue. They say they're normally priced at $5.99 for the set.

Also a head's up for a "good deal." The deli keeper (12x9 conatiner with lid) is on sale for around $8.50. I think it's normally priced around $16-17. This is what I ordered last week with my eCerts. It's one of those things I've been watching the price on. It was on sale for a while around $11.50, and then I saw it dropped even further, so I figured it was "time." Great for taking cookies, etc. to picnics. Or for making peanut butter fudge bars right in the container. MMmmmm...haven't made those in a while. Peanut butter, powdered sugar, graham crackers (and I think maybe butter--it's been awhile--and then chocolate and butter for the "icing"). Very easy and very yummy!

Now, if they would just put the rectangular cake taker on sale "cheap"....

Ugh, I am getting frustrated with the Tupperware site!

can you only redeem one e-certificate at a time or can you add more than 1? I keep trying but it keeps telling me I am entering a number higher than my certificate. I am entering 1.00 or just 1 and it keeps giving me problems-ugh!

They are still offering the free smidget set and although I can't find the deli keeper at less than $10.xx, they do have the Lunch & Things container for $7.49.

Just a heads uo!

im pretty sure you can redeem more than one, since i made an order once and redeemed 7 $1 gc's. however, this was a while ago and i don't remember how i did it... i thought i just entered the serial number of the gc and it took me back to the checkout page where i just pressed "i have a gift certificate again"... i don't remember having to enter the amount of the gift certificate, though.

oh and wanted to add - there seem to be a number of "free with order" items, some good ones if you order $30 worth of stuff. just to let those of you who are tupperware-deprived know!

I just did an order the other week where I had 9 $1 eCerts. You have to enter the serial number and acceptance code, and then it will ask you for the amount you want to apply (I guess if you had a $10 one, but only wanted to use $5 you would enter 5.00). If you have more than one, you have to enter them each separately, clicking on the "I have a cert" button or whatever it is after you enter the amount for each one, and entering all the info for the next one, and the next one, and the next one....

I ordered the Lunch and Things Container and got the Smidget Set for free! :) It should be here anyday now! :)

Thanks for the heads up on this one! :)

I just ordered (before I read this thread of course) through Mypoints. When I used my e-certificate, I lost the 10% discount on my order. This doesn't seem right. I know the 10% doesn't apply to e-certificates, but why should it matter if you are redeeming one or paying cash?

When I redeemed mine the other week it looked like I wasn't getting the discount, but in the end it was okay (of course I messed up and ordered through an email and not the website, and only got 5% discount). Did you check the numbers in the confirmation at the end.

Has anyone received the Smidgets Set yet?? I am just wondering how small they really are? LOL
