Finally finished at 5:30 and the promotion has met its limit...Just my luck. I knew I should have stayed up later to work on this. I used the other code with 20% off and free shipping and saved about $19, but my book ended up with 34 pages, so it still cost over $40. I just hope the quality from American Greetings and photoworks is good OR I will be upset that I spent all this time and money...

I'm glad to hear that you liked the book. I wound up using the $25 code on the book I had put together. I was about $37 when I got through, but it had a lot of extra pages. Then I set up an account for my husband and ordered another one through that. Both of them were for presents so I'm glad to hear they turned out so well.

I wonder if there is a way you can find out whether a coupon code is valid BEFORE you spend all the time working on a book, etc.

If not, does anyone know if you can go ahead and work up a project and save it ---(for how long?????) in your account and then order it later when you find a good coupon or deal???

I agree that you shouldn't have to spend all that time working on a book only to find out the code won't work anymore!

To answer your other question, yes, you can complete your project and leave it. I spent forever working on mine and then didn't get the free book (BONNIE code). I left it there though and then found out about the $25 off code on this board. I used it to order my book. Not as good a deal as BONNIE, but good enough for me to order.

I got a code for 30% off today, but I don't know whether it will work on all orders or just mine. I had another book in my projects, but it wouldn't let me use the $25 off code a second time, so I left it there. The code they sent was FINISHUP. It says it's good until 2/28/10 (but who knows based on some of the other dates that haven't seemed to hold up).
