Free Parking Options - WDW?

The hotels, Disney Springs, and the theme parks are always free. It is the extras that cost money. Disney Springs has great shopping, and good restaurants. Boardwalk has a nice beach for swimming, great restaurants, and good shopping. It is not as kid friendly as Disney Springs. Both have good shopping, but Boardwalk is more upscale. If you want to swim with the dolphins at Epcot, it will cost you. If you want to golf on Disney's two championship golf courses, it will cost you. If you want to rent a boat and go around the Seven Seas Lagoon that is part of the Magic Kingdom, it will cost you. If you want to go to the chapel in Epcot where you can be married by a Disney character, it will cost you. If you want to ride Space Mountain all day long and never have to wait in line, it will cost you. If you want to see all the baby animals at Disney's Animal Kingdom before they can fly or run, it will cost you. If you want to have lunch at the Tusker House Restaurant with Tarzan and Jane, it will cost you. If you want to see the "Rainforest Cafe with Nemo and Friends" it will cost you. If you want to have breakfast with princesses, it will cost you.
Huh? Can't do most of those things
None of the bold are things that exist/can be done

I think the entire parking thing is just harder because about the same time Disney started charging guests for parking they stopped giving parking slips to guests when they had cars and stopped having most guests come to the counter to check in so they have a very poor method to track cars and guests period. It just makes the entire system convoluted.

That said, am I the only one confused by the intent of the OP? I think the question is skirting around board rules quite honestly, by asking for ways to get around paying for parking.
Unless you are looking for things to do that have free parking while you are doing those things
But that's a different question than free parking options No?
