Does anyone know if Universal is offering free passes to active duty members? I heard that WDW does offer them. How about a discount extending to family members? Thank You

I read on Mousesavers.com that they did.

"To honor their service and dedication, Universal theme parks in Orlando and Hollywood are offering all active U.S. military personnel free multi-day admission beginning immediately and continuing through December 19, 2003 as part of Universal's "Military Salute" program. "

Also I was at Sea World and they do.

Wait, it gets better.

At Universal Orlando, members of the military will be given a complimentary Universal Bonus Pass good for 5 consecutive calendar days of unlimited admission to USF, IOA, and CityWalk. In addition, up to 5 family members and friends of each member of the military will be able to purchase a five-day Bonus Pass for $50 (plus tax)

Members of the military will also be able to receive a 40% discount on the three onsite hotels, PBH now till 12/19, HRH & RPR 8/17 - 12/19.

Active members of the military, with proper ID are eligible, inlcuding active members of the US Coast Guard and activated members of the National Guard or Reservists.
