Free gift for Old Key West extend

We extended another 15 years with Old Key West and promised to get free gift. However, we have not received it . Can anyone tell us why we have not received our gift ? Have a nice day. Thanks

perhaps they mail it out when your extention kicks in, about 35 years from now?

To date, no one has yet received the Lighthouse keepsake. I'm sure they will eventually be sent out once the dust has settled handling from the extensions.

DVC sent us a postcard, informing us that our "keepsake" was still coming (received this postcard in the last month or so). Hang in there. They haven't forgotten us "extenders"!

The problem is that you are dealing with DVD, the same people that promised the AKV tapestry.
