Free Flights on AirTran with cups at Wendy's

WOW!! This is such a great deal for us, we almost exclusively use AirTran! If any of you DIS'ers get the cups with the coupons and you aren't (ARE NOT)going to be using them PLEASE send me an email or private message and I will pay for the postage if you will mail them to me....

I just went to Wendy's for lunch today after reading about this here - thanks!

I've got my 1st cup, just about a million more to go...

My cup also says thru 2/5/06 as someone else previously posted - I ordered a large with my combo meal & was told that it only came on the medium, so I had them switch it out for me. The girl looked at me like I was crazy!

My hubby works across the street from Wendy's - he may need to run over there on his break to get a pop, especially if you don't have to buy a combo to get one.

We fly exclusively on AirTran. Currently, I'm loading up my rewards VISA each month trying to obtain points (you need to charge $2000 for 1 pt). These cups are a great deal. I live in Pittsburgh (AirTran market), but local stores are not participating; only corporate locations. Guess they figure they've got PIT wrapped up.

I too, would be thrilled to accept any/all cups...please PM me...I'd be happy to reimburse you the drink & any out of pocket expenses...thanks for your kindness.

I called Air tran yesterday about the cup offer as I would like to get enough cups for my minor children to go and it says that you need to be 18 and an A+ member.

Well, my DH and I are both members and once we get the credits in our name, we can use the credits to get tickets for our minor children. So we can use my 2 tickets and my DH's 2 tickets to get one for my DH, one for my DS and another for my other DS along with the ticket for me.

Just need to do a lot of drinking.

I was able to purchase juat a drink. An Iced tea is only .99! So I see alot of tea in my future

When I was leaving, the asst manager at the counter said "don't throw away the cup, you can get a free airline ticket" I wanted to say... why do you think I am here! LOL

What I really wanted to do was to stake out the trash bin

Airtran is not in Cleveland, but in Akron Canton. For a "free" ticket I will drive there!

Oh my goodness! This deal seems too good to be true but our kids are all headed out to Wendy's to try to get enough tickets to go see their grandparents. Yes they are over 18 so it could work for them!

I got 16 cups at one wendy's I bought them without the soda and now off to another one to buy at least 16 more I said I want the cups without the drink can I buy 10 or more and the ice tea was the same as the soda, $1.26 with tax so with tax on the ticket and mailing fee I figure about $91.00 roundtrip to CA or LV and I saw so many people throw them away

We had lunch at Wendy's today and got 15 cups.

We were hoping our kids in college in NC could get some but the Wendy's by them sells Pepsi products so they are not doing the offer. This is a Coke/ AirTran/ Wendy's thing.

They give you a new cup for every refill you get at the Wendy's I sometimes take my much break. Today my DH got 3 cups (1 original + 2 refills).

Ours would not do that. If you got a refill they gave you a new plain yellow cup. In fact a few times the server kept the old coupon cup which I thought was interesting!

I stopped by a wendys in st. louis and not only did they not have cups, they knew nothing about the promotion. Since St. Louis is not served by Air Tran I wonder if the only wendys that participate are in cities served by air tran? Does anyone have any knowledge of this?
