Free dinning February 2016?

Our family is planning our trip for mid to late February 2016. Has free dinning been historically offered during this time period? Right now they have no promotion out for this time period. When could I expect it to be released?

There typically is not a free dining offer in February unless you get some magic in the mail (a PIN code).

I think the past two years it has been Stay Play and Dine for late winter. Just be careful of President's Day weekend, as that will likely be excluded and/or incredibly busy.

Free dining hasn't been offered in February since 2012.
Most promotions for February are released sometime in the beginning of October.

Probably room only discount and/or SPD... but it's better than nothing!
