Approximately when should we begin seeing discounts, such as free dining, for April 2012?

Easter is April 8. You probably shouldn't expect discounts for any trip that begins before April 15. Even so, free dining during this period may not be likely. As for when they'll release discounts, there's no way to tell.

Luckily our trip isn't until after April 15th, so maybe there is hope? Do you suppose the crowds will be lighter than as well?

April 14 is the end of "peak" season for the regular and deluxe dining plans, that's where the April 15 date came from as it's not likely they will be giving the plans away during peak season. Crowds might be down a bit from peak, but it will still be spring break time.

The entire month of April is pretty much packed. You're looking at spring break. I wouldn't expect any free dining during that time.

Highly unlikely you will see any Free Dining dates during those dates.
