Free Dining, Who Got It, and What Did You Get?

Got though at 1 hr 10 mins now wants another deposit when I called to reser I deposit $400 on VISA. I have requested the supervisor!

I got POP standard 08/29-09/08 10 nights free dining , 1 day base ticket =$1,233.68 Did not have to rebook or change deposit, he just confirmed that I had one using the first 6 numbers of my card !!

How many people did you book this for? It sounds a bit high for only a 1-day ticket.

Anyway, we're in, at Pop Century from August 28-September 6....nine days with a 7 day park hopper and free dining....all for only $1,398 and some change.

Can't beat that deal!!!

Mousekemaddi- I have an AP but had to purchase 1 day tickets for the entire family. A few weeks ago I called the "ticket" customer service number. The person that I spoke with told me that I can keep my 1 day tickets for another time, but upgrade the rest of the family at the concierge once we arrive. I am keeping my 1 day ticket and my wife will use it when the two of us return in February- once again upgrading it to what we need. I asked the person over and over to make sure we were communicating correctly, and she insisted that each ticket was separate and could be used/ upgraded/ etc by whomever as long as any changes are made before it is used.

Im on hold and I have a question. I have tickets from previous visit that dont expire so Id like to buy 1 day tickets for all in room....can just one single one day pass that we NEED TO BUY, be upgraded when we arrive? or do all of our one day tickets have to be upgraded the same?
Where do we do the upgrade for the ONE ticket, thanx!

You can upgrade the tickets at the resort without upgrading all of them. We did this last year.

I got it! Pop preferred for 2 adults 2 kids 8-29 thru 9-7. I asked the CM and he said that at 7:04 their time there were 114 calls in the queue and at 7:27 there were 249! I called the 877-939-3732 number and I was on hold for almost 30 min when they opened.

I can't belive this ! I book my package in Feb with $400 deposit with Disney Visa and now they want another deposit. We're only 2 Adults. We're waiting for our Tax Bounce check in May to pay off this trip. Still holding for manager 11 mins. I gues I got a confused CM.

After 1 hour and 6 minutes of hold time I got through to a very nice CM. Got ASMo for Sep 6th - 12th. Next time I'm SO not listening to those people who said don't make reservations ahead of time you won't be able to modify them. All of those people who were calling to modify had short wait times! I think I used up all my cell minutes for the month!!! But all is well because we're in!!!!!
