If you choose to use a Travel Agent, use a Disney Specialist like Dreams Unlimited (DIS sponsor) or Small World Vacations.

I know from experience that at least one TA from the latter company is up WAY before 7 AM on the first day Free Dining is available, ready to make reservations for her clients; I can't imagine that the other Agents from either company would be any different (and that way, I didn't have to drive to work on hold for a CM, only to lose the connection after 45 minutes when I pulled into the garage at work )
