Free Dining Trends Question

[Get me to Disney!]

We got free dining in 2009 and 2010. We are not going in 2011 but are considering 2012. DH would like to take me to see the castle lights for the first time in my life. Curious about the trend for Thanksgiving/early December. I know that the free dining has been trending to cover those dates in Nov/Dec but curious about previous dates around Nov/Dec. to guage when I will book my trip Thanks friends
