Free Dining through 2012!!!

I had a question about the free dining, I would like to stay at the new resort, Disney's Art of Animation for August next year with the free dining, so my question is are they offering free dining with that resort? or will it not be open by then?

THank you! We are checking in the VERY LAST DAY of that deal - March 31st. We were staying mod, so we got free DDP (I upgraded us to DxDP and we still SAVED $500. My husband is thrilled because he really wanted DxDP but the price was holding us back. We'll have a bit more in tips now but we'll either break even or come out ahead.)

 I never expected Free Dining that close to Easter! (We're staying 3/31 to 4/7)

I'm crunching the numbers to see if we want to try this for our unexpected trip in January or stick with what we know and stay at Windsor Hills. Decisions, decisions!

I saw this earlier and called my bff, who was going down on 2/18 for Presidents week. They were staying offsite and renting a car. Now they are staying at CSR!!

Just booked our trip with free dining for 12/11 to 12/16. Three people with park hopper at Pop with free quick service dining 1485.97. Not too bad. Thanks for posting!

We booked today for February to celebrate DD 10's Birthday!

Has anyone upgraded the plan? We were thinking of booking 2 rooms at Pop in January but wanted to get the DDP not QSDP and was wondering how that works. Do you just have to pay the 11 dollars more per person or is their some other charge? Thanks!

When you add your package with the quick service plan change it to the dining plan you want and the price will adjust accordingly.

We upgraded from DDP to DxDP and all it cost us was the $33 per person per day.

Eight nights, All Star Movies, upgrade to regular dining, six day passes and airfare for the three of us ... $2,750. Now the question becomes - can I convince hubby. :rolleyes1

If we add the airfare thru Disney (with the package) it is $1,700.00+ for 2 of us to fly R/T.

I tried booking that resort a few different times for late next year and it always says unavailable, I wonder when they'll start taking reservations for it :confused3

We booked for March 26th-31st..so excited and can't wait. Now the count down to booked reservations 180 days out..:cool1:

Last August we stayed at POP and we upgraded to the DDP. It was me, DS14 and DS12. I ran the numbers for March 2012, it was only slightly more to stay at a Moderate rather than upgrading at POP. We loved POP, but this time we are traveling with my parents and we thought they would prefer POFQ, so we are going to try that. Just check your numbers if you upgrade because it could cost about the same as getting DDP at a moderate.
