Free Dining Sept 08?

I was thinking this might be released in April of O8, but had a few questions. We are taking an RV and camping at Fort Wilderness campground in September of 08..haven't picked dates yet. Would we be eligible for the free dining discount if/when it becomes available? I will probably go ahead an book our spots in January or February or should I wait??

I am going to go ahead and book our vacation at the All Star Sports in Feburary with the dining option added on and then when free dining promo comes out I'll just apply the code then. This way I can go ahead in March and make all of my ADRs at one time. I think this will be a good idea because of what I've read ADRs are EXTREMELY hard to get during free dining if you don't get them soon enough.
