Free dining rumor? This drives me crazy!!!!

Sure, rumors are always going to fly around, but I have a little problem with this one. Anyone else see an issue with this "rumor"?

May be just me being sensitive but is this a true rumor of things to come or just a ploy to use their preferred travel partner?

The thing I notice is they are causing a stir and they really want you to contact the TA's involved so they can get you booked. I bet a ton of people contacted them for the deal to come and it secured some bookings for them. Historically, the odds are in their favor that it will happen. TA's are securing bookings and they are also shooting themselves in the foot with pre-bookings. Hope they are just holding off to book their clients till it is actually released (if it is released).

I think it sounds like a promo for the travel agency. They are releasing the general public offer for summer on Monday, I don't think fall would be this close behind.

I saw this the other day too. I think it's misleading, however, it could also depend upon your definition of "soon." Free dining promotions for the past two years were announced in early May, which if is the same schedule for this year, I suppose isn't that far away.

I agree that the operative word is "soon".

People are going to be all over that though and I bet they got tons of quote requests off that post.
