We will be at the parks Oct 1-Oct 8 (so 8 days). I am buying 5 day park hoppers. Soooo, do we get 5 days of free dining or 8 days?

If you are checking in on the 1st and checking out on the 8th, then you are staying 7 nts., which is how many free dining credits you will have to use during your trip.

If you are arriving on the 1st and checking out on the 8th, it would be 7 days of free dining.
