I hope this is in the right location to get an answer. I'm going to use easy dates to get the point across. If I plan a trip to stay from January 1-January 10 and free dining is from November 1-January 6... Will I receive free dining for my entire stay since I checked in on January 1???

Yes, as long as your check-in date falls within the dates of free dining then you are eligible for your entire stay!

OP, yes if you check in during a free dining promotion and stay into a black out period, you will receive free dining for your entire stay. (as it is now or unless notified otherwise. As they are allowed to change this, but the previous ones have been this way).

Just so you check in by the last day it's offered, you will get it for the duration of your trip.
