Free Dining Question

Just saw on another board that someone just got the code in their email to book for free dining. Just wondering if only the people that receive the code are able to book or if when they announce it there will be a certain day you can start calling to take advantage of the offer?

I missed the boat last year and we have decided to renew our passes so would love to take advantage of it this year. One of my big problems though is that even though I have registered my email in every spot possible with Disney I still don't receive anything. Drives me crazy.

For now, it's restricted.

If Disney opens it up to the general public the announcment will most likely be made in late March/early April.

The code right now is only for certain random selected individuals.If and when they decide to offer free dining to the general public it will be very early April
