Sooooo, finally got thru! A total of 38 minutes on the call, don't hang up! I got FD to my existing ressie at the poly, saved a lot of money. dH is very happy. Good luck to everyone out there.

I modified. At 5:59 Central, I dialed every ten seconds. Said "Special Offers". Then it asked me for a 15 digit number that I didn't have and said to wait for help. I waited about a second before CM answered. She took my ressie number and I was done before 6:08am. Good luck to all of you still holding, or trying to get through still.

Still working on modifying my reservations (about 25 minutes now between talking to CM and being on hold).

He says they now have 1100 people in the queue, and their system is currently undergoing "magical enhancements..." I asked if he meant the system was crashing or having problems, and he repeated.... "Magical Enhancements." I could hear the wink in his voice.

If nothing else, the CM is in a good mood and trying to work through the issues with me to get us booked.

Well this is not magical, I have been on hold for 45 minutes! Tried booking on line but an error keeps coming up. Seriously, you'd think that Disney would have this down by now. They would save a whole lot of time if they cut down on the hundred questions asked before you even get put on hold. Sorry, I am cranky! lol Hoping everyone else is having better luck than me!

Why can't TAs do it on a compter??? Why do they call, and wait for 2-3 hours on hold! Whats the point of have a TA if its going to take them longer, than it would us doing it outselves?

those of you sitting on hold--is it not possible to book online instead? i did that. i have an existing reservation, but i'm just going to cancel it later.

i normally like to talk to a person, but doing it online seemed easier. plus, i have a toddler on my lap, so sitting on hold (and then trying to have a conversation with him trying to talk too) was not going to be fun.

I had to switch to 2 rooms at Pop with a connecting door for POR in Nov. Good luck.

Well the problem with that is that my call to the TA line started with "Your call will be disconnected after 90 minutes on hold." 52 minutes now and counting...
