So did you get thru after hearing "experiencing technical difficulties"? What number did u call? I have to leave for work in 10 minutes, so I'm freaking out!

I'd love to hear anyone report on this as well. We had no prompts just went straight to hold music after saying they were experiencing technical difficulties. Has anyone actually gotten through to a CM this way yet!!

I was kind of looking forward to some cheesy Disney hold music and the thrill of my call being answered.

LOL, that's what I'm listening to right now... You could always queue up a music loop on YouTube and hold the phone up to your ear for the next 45 minutes if you want to commiserate with us!

On the phone now. They have confirmed it is extended.

Only rooms available in POR are garden and riverview royal guest rooms. We moved from a preferred room to garden view. She said I was her first call. The price was $750 off of our original package price. Bringing it back up to the deluxe dining put our trip within twenty dollars of the original price.
