Weird! I had to push buttons for all the questions that were asked instead of just speaking it on the phone and then it went straight to hold with music without telling me I was going to be put on hold...
 
Took several tries to get through without the technical difficulties message. Got the old call in system where I had to punch all our info in instead of speaking it. On hold now for a CM :thumbsup2 I have a feeling having to go through that old system put me pretty far down the line!

Using two phone lines....one it says they are having technical difficulties and then it goes to the Disney music...so should I hold onto that one and will that one go through? The other line is consistently busy.
 
I got through the prompts and now i'm listening to Disney music, hope this is good.
 
Wow, I just checked Nov 21 - 30 and there are NO rooms available for POR at all. So I booked WL Nov 21- 27 and will stay on points at the Swan Nov 27 - Nov 30. Disney is forcing me to go Deluxe (for the same price it would have cost to do POR Royal Rooms). I couldn't decide so they decided for me!

My2Crazy Girls, I booked on line at 1am this morning and POR had no availibilty then either :(
I ended up with CSR
 
I'm on hold (I think). I didn't have a tonne of prompts and questions. All I had to do was punch in my res # which didn't work (at least I don't think it did) and then punch in my phone number. Now I am listening to Disney music. I am assuming I am on hold! Fingers crossed.

I got up at 5am because I couldn't sleep anymore... Thankfully checked the WDW site and booked at POR in a RR, which was the only choice available with free dining for my dates. Great since that was our resort of choice and DD will be 9, probably the last year she will think the princess theme is even semi-cool (though I think my 6 year old DS will enjoy the headboards a lot!).

I am thrilled to get something booked and be done, but I am slightly sad it was so anti-climactic! ;) I was kind of looking forward to some cheesy Disney hold music and the thrill of my call being answered.

So the website half works and the phones are touch and go....that's just sad.
 
Currently on hold....

When I try to do a new reservation at POR for my dates it says nothing is available, does that mean all the FD rooms at POR are gone already????
