I couldn't agree more. Heck, I make sure to give the heads up to any friends or neighbors or family that are planning a trip when I see a discount coming out. If I can do it for nothing, then the person who is getting PAID to do it for you should darn well be returning phone calls. It sucks for people like you, who do what they are supposed to do and still get a bad name from these absent agents.

Actually, travel agents can get in trouble if they release any information prior to any official release. They've all signed a confidentiality agreement. Not really worth the risk, especially with something that hasn't been "officially" announced.

Actually, only ear marked agents sign a confidentiality agreement. And I don't proclaim to know anything for certain. Just that there "are rumors of.." and if it's true, your dates work, or don't work, yada yada. I give all my clients the same treatment I would expect for myself. All of the good ones do

Mine didn't relate any more info than this thread or the CM's have already been releasing: that something should be coming toward the end of the week. I was keeping an eye on that because I don't know that I would trust a TA who said they had the official info, because then I'd think they were doing that just to drum up business.

One last ? To determine if I have to call early. Are there a certain number of discounts available like only a certain number of rooms for FD or is the RO discount unlimited

I've tried about 10 configurations at different resorts and EVERYTHING is coming back unavaliable.

So, maybe it's not live yet ? Wasn't there a problem like this when FD came out in May ? But ppl called in and there was plenty open, just an online glitch ?

Right? I love my TA. She has let me know important dates far ahead, and let me know tonight for sure that I need to check my email for an important update in the morning that will make me happy

I love happy emails that cut $1778.88 off my bill.

I found nothing at POR but it did show me availability for ASMu for a suites. Now pondering if I should book it or not.

It's telling me a 6 night 7 day stay is required. I thought I read somewhere that a 3 night min was all that was needed.

Is the offer live?! I clicked on one of the value resorts and got all the way to the option to put it in a cart, but I'm not 100% sure this is really the full package? Anyone able to book it yet?

For our dates (12/19-12/29), it looks like we would have to go with a Royal Room at POR because there is no FD availability in any of the standard rooms. Coronado and Caribbean Beach look a-ok as back-ups. Now I just need to wait til 7 am...

Only a certain number per resort for any type of promotion.

Anyone else considering making their own reservations tomorrow just in case their travel agent doesn't come through?!!

If you book one and your TA books one that's would be 2 rooms off the books for the free dinning. Not saying they are going to sell out on day one it just could have an effect on someone's resort choice if everyone has 2 bookings because the don't trust their TA. Here is to hoping everyone gets what they want tomorrow!!! Good luck everyone
