I want to try making that one. My daughter has only made the fish tail ones. I want to try some of the more elaborate ones.

Sorry, had a typo in there. That should have said "starburst". DD was making the fishtails on her fingers for about a week before she got her loom. She wants two more looms so she can make bigger stuff. We are swimming in rubber bands! :rotfl:

Lol...I thought 1800 rubber bands was a lot. Its not. She needs more of the basic colors. You can put looms together to make bigger things??

Apparently so. :rotfl: We are going on a rubber band shopping spree Wednesday after school. Hobby Lobby has these plastic jewelry boxes for $1.99 each and they are perfect for storing the bands. We have three of them (so far)...

LGMH= Lime Green Mickey Head

About 5 years ago a paint company did a Disney authorized line of colors. They're paint chip cards where a manilla color and then the paint color itself was a classic three circle mickey head.

The Alien Green (toy story) was basically Dis Board Green and everyone went and pretended to be painting a room so they could get LGMH's to attatch to bags or lanyards to identify the disers to others in the park, or they got lots of colors for countdown boards and art projects.

The line was discontined a few years ago, so you can no longer get these cute little mickey head cards.

Oh cute!!!!

I was really hoping to be able to choose a particular building number this morning, or even just AB or MB when doing online check in (60 days today!!!), but the only options I'm seeing are corner room, highest floor, second floor, and ground floor. I have connecting room already checked and can not un-check this. I requested this when I made my initial reservation. Just wondering if POR doesn't offer specific building requests through online check in or if it's just my reservation for some reason because of the connecting room. I'm also not seeing any amenity requests. :confused3

Anyone else experience this with other resorts? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

I am almost at my 60 day mark and had wondered what options would be given for POR. I'm surprised they don't offer the option of requesting either AB or MB. :confused3

60 days for me!!!

Holding off on online check in since reports of magic bands are that you have to recheck in or something to get the personalize choice. And it's torture!

Last year when I did online check in, I didn't get many choices, if any, because I had a travel agent. Requests have to go through them, which just seems an unnecessary step. I used a TA again this year and put my room request in through her again.

I'm a weenie. It's 70 in MN and I'm cold. It's going to be a rough winter (again). I would like 80 - 85 in FL in November!

My feet are now frozen and they won't be warm until June now. That is unless we have good weather at Disney in November. I hate cold feet.

Same here! It's about 65 and I'm wearing a fleece coat with a blanket wrapped around my feet! It was almost 90 just a few days ago here. Ugh, hate being cold :(

We had 80 degrees on our nov trip last year. Hoping for it again this November . I downloaded the Orlando weather app. Lol

Hi everyone! Well Ive had a trip for 11-16 to 11-23 planned for a while now at CSR. Now DH tells me we have to change dates (he owns a lawn/landscaping business and can't leave when I booked it-even though he initially gave the go ahead but now doesn't remember.) Anyway, only thing left in moderates are CBR -water, standard and pirate. Or do POP preferred which my DH doesn't want to do.
This trip it will be myself, DH and daughter-8. We have stayed at CBR pirate rooms our first trip, CSR, and POFQ x2(which we of course love).
I don't know what to book now. Glad that he said something to me today since it's the last day for FD to book, but still. I'm at a loss. Should I just do CBR and try to call back to see if we could get preferred? We went there 5 years ago and just not sure what to do. Any thoughts?

41 DAYS TO DISNEY!!! Can't wait! POR and hoping for AB. I would have liked to have been able to choose at least the section. It seems like for POP they let you choose a section.

Black where are your pictures? I would love to look. I know you have posted it before but I don't remember :rolleyes2 I have a new camera to take with me this year so I know I will be taking a bazillion pictures too!

I haven't stayed there, but CBR looks lovely. I would book water view, and check back to see if an upgrade to Preferred would be available (without losing FD). Or take a risk and wait until you check in and ask at the front desk if there are any Preferred rooms available then.

Good luck! :wizard:
