I can TOTALLY sympothize with you! We had no fd bc our week was blacked out and we had no ro discount bc are staying at POR (tix increase negated 5% discount there). I ended up cancelling through Disney and rebooked room and tix through Travelocity. Then, I found out the major issues with linking travelocity ressies, esp. tix, to MDE. So, although we are staying at a test resort I can't do FASTPASS+ bc I can't get our tix to link. I was so bummed about it all, esp when I was reading all the excitement here. It took me 6 phone calls and two emails just to get a fridge added to our ressie for DH diabetic med bc it was a travelocity ressie. Ironically, I sent Disney an email (to which I never received a response) explaining my frustrations with my travelocity ressie, and I used those exact same words, that I felt like a second class citizen. Also, I told them the experience didn't feel very magical and that they were getting more of my money than those who got fd. I also said how I kept getting passed from travelocity to Disney and vice versa....it's not like other other third party ressies, such as AAA, where you have a specific agent helping you....you're completely on your own, bounced back and forth......live and learn! Thankfully, I finally got an "up moment" last night when I figured out a way to get, and customize, magicbands....and, to top it off, that was after hanging up from another phone call where the CM told me I couldn't do it bc of my travelocity ressie....... SO, I totally understand how you feel.
