Yup...thanks, that was what I was trying to say...lol...ya do NOT have to be checked in to get MBs. I wasn't checked in either.

Sent from my iPad using DISBoards

Once again there's no rhyme or reason to who gets picked for MB's like there isn't one for FD lol

We're going 10/26 - 11/2....POP. Maybe Bay Lake isn't one of the resorts chosen to test them?
I think they were part of testing in June but I don't know if they stay in the testing each month with resorts added or just do different resorts each month.

Sunset I hope your surgery went well. Good luck with your recovery.

Thank you it's been a week and I'm not near walking yet. Quite painful. But with a Disney trip planned I'm motivated. I start physical therapy tommrow. ready to kick Butt Lol.

Hope the surgery went well and good luck with the recovery. Disney trip is a great reward to all the hard work you will be doing with your therapy :)

Good luck with therapy! I'm rooting for you! 2 years ago, I had surgery on both knees, 4 months apart! Therapists are the devil, but they mean well!
:cheer2:

My kids were just complaining about how they don't want to start school next week. Than I told them....the sooner you start school the sooner we go to Disney. Their tune changed than. Lol

Tell me about it! I am a teacher. I went back last Monday, and my students (and my own kids) start tomorrow. My mind is totally on overload, between the anxiety of the new school year and the anxiety of trying to link my tix....lol! It is A LOT easier to go back when you know you have a Disney trip in 41 days!!!! :cool1:

There's a light at the end of the tunnel! My husband asked me when I was planning on telling the kids teachers/principals about our trip. I told him ill be sending all of them emails the first week of school. :)

I already have notes typed up for my DS (13- 8th grade) and DD (7- 3rd grade). I plan to send them to school Sept. 5th. I'm afraid if I send them in this week, they'll be too shocked since they just got off summer break. As a teacher, I'd be thrilled for my students to have the great opportunity of a Disney trip, but I know not all teachers share that opinion. I'm more worried about my son's teachers...middle school teachers scare me....lol!....I teach kdg. In the letters, I emphasized the parts of the trip that are life experiences that are more "educational".....and I appologized for any inconvenience our trip is causing the teachers.

Hey guys, I've been so quiet lately. I'm I in single digits until we leave and it's exciting. It's coming so soon now!

Not too much longer before I'm in single digit countdown mode, too. Can't wait - I am so excited about this trip. I've had my suitcase all packed (other than last minute stuff) for almost a month now! LOL

Btw, Joe, your live updates will be cool; but your *love* updates could be really interesting, too (says the single lady with no date or love life) /sigh

My daughter starts middle school this year, 10-5th grade. my son is in 3rd grade, he's 8. When I took them out last year the only issue I ran into was the PSSAs. This year its not a problem. I'm hoping this year goes just as smooth. Ill fill out the educational experience form and make it sound good. I wish I could just put....we're going to Disney World, self explanatory....but I know that won't work lol

I have my park bag packed, that's it. And that's been an ongoing thing since we booked last October. I want to pack our suitcases so bad but we still need our clothes that I'd pack lol

On a side note....I don't know where you live but I have a single brother lol
