Just a quick note to let you know it's been a long haul to check in day, but we check in in less than 48 hours! The last 60 days of final planning has been nuts. I spent so much time agonizing over free dining, when I should have been doing park plans!! We were going either way, but FD made everything feel permanent. Thanks to all here who helped me with tips thus far

For those of you that got the PP+....how long before your trip did you receive your info in the mail?

I'm going to say 30 days. I saw it on MDE before, and has already started scheduling before snail mail came.

I do, however have awesome news....I FINALLY GOT MY FP+ BOG! YAY!
I had to take the advice of others on DIS and made a new Disney account, with a very old email address, and used that along with my check-in url # on the link and it worked! I was not able to get the day I wanted, as apparently they are only offering this for the first 7 days of your trip (I was looking for the 8th day), but I can deal with that.
Now I just have to rearrange the Crystal Palace dinner I had scheduled that afternoon....to either later that night or another day. If anyone is canceling the 19th or 22nd, let me know...
Guess what I ordered for dinner? Maybe I won't feel so tormented when people, eh hem, post their scrumptious meals from BOG anymore.

I switched to. Lol. I went from turkey to croque Monsieur to pork. I hope I can eat it all. I have lunch timeframe of 11:00-11:15.
