I still remember the exact feeling of awe I felt when seeing Disney fireworks for the first time..,and that was in Tokyo Disneyland for their 5th Anniversary when I was in high school!
I cannot wait to see the look on my kids' faces when they walk down Main Street for the first time. I will be bawling for sure!

We took our kids 7 times it was always priceless. Now they are grown and we still go just us 2 lol

My 1st moment was walking down an empty Main Street for an early ADR at CP. My Dad and the boys were dancing in the street. What a great way to start off the trip. And then the night before we left, youngest DS was 'too old' for kiddie stuff, but at wishes when tink flew right above him, his reaction was priceless.:wizard: Yep, can't wait to go back.
 
I am hoping someone here can help - we are going (staying at WL) Nov 23 - 29th. FastPass + just showed up as an option - so I made my choices. I cannot see where I can sign-up for Magic Bands, however. Does that mean the Fastpass+ will not work?

Also, I have read that people have made lunch reservations at BOG - how might I do that with the Fastpass+? Is that also a part of the MagicBands?

Im not sure if I can help but when fastpass+ appeared for my October dates, it was a day or two later before the magic band option appeared. Im pretty sure others had the same experience. Im not sure if that is the case for Nov but keep checking and hopefully magic bands will appear very soon.

As for the Be Our Guest fastpass, theres a separate site to book that and it doesnt count as one of the 3 FP+. I cant provide the link from my phone but im sure someone will or you can search the DIS for it.

Try modifying check in then logging out and back in! That's what I did and WAALAA it worked magic bands customized!

there is a web address for BOG FP+ lunch reservations on page 222 of the **Official November 2013** thread. Sorry- can't post it correctly, but go on that thread. This might not work until you have done online checkin.

Once you do the online checkin, try leaving the site, then re-entering. Many are reporting that the option to customize MBs comes up after they do this.
 
Hi all -

Just a quick update for all those November vacationers out there.....

I'm making FP+ reservations right now for Nov 1 check in at the WL.

MB's are active, too. And as of this evening, they're telling me that I have 8 days to customize them.

We did not have to modify our check in or anything like that....it all just popped up this evening.

Wow, late in November. I guess that would put you around your 60 day mark. That gives me shivers cause it means I am only 17 days away from hopefully being able to get my FP+ and MB's customised.

I am so excited for all of you going so soon. I hope you have such a magical time.

We leave Australia, 10 weeks tomorrow and get to Disney, 11 weeks tomorrow.

Can anyone give me a good site to get some t shirts for Disney?

JUST found out (in the process of trying on-line check-in) that United changed our flight home by 10 hours! We were leaving at 6PM and now, 7AM...I am very very unhappy. I booked Dec 29th (so we could get it all set and seats and all) and they did not even notify us of the change...not sure what we will do.

I'm so sorry! We had a similar thing happen. Ours caused a three hour layover. I politely complained to United and they ultimately moved us to another airline (American). It took me three calls to do it (first call was disconnected as the CSR was making the change and second CSR said they couldn't do anything to help) - but third time was a charm. It's worth trying.

Last year when Delta changed our flights (by 25 minutes) we were notified immediately and given a certain amount of time (not long maybe 24-72 hours) to change the flight. We would have had to pay the price difference but no change fee.

Yours is a huge change. It costs you an entire day of vacation! Definitely call. Are there other United flights later in the day they could change you too?

Delta changed ours by only 30 mins but I was uncomfortable with the connection time. So I was able to change to a flight an hour earlier. I would call and ask for help, hopefully they will. Good luck!
