As always, help when I need it for Disney.
JUST found out (in the process of trying on-line check-in) that United changed our flight home by 10 hours! We were leaving at 6PM and now, 7AM...I am very very unhappy. I booked Dec 29th (so we could get it all set and seats and all) and they did not even notify us of the change...not sure what we will do.

My husband spent over an hour trying to get this worked out (after my hour+ last night) and we have seats on a flight 20 minutes from the original (why they did not put us on that to begin with is a mystery) - BUT they cannot put us together. In fact, they have my kids alone...and say they cannot do any more than that. They suggest we ask people to trade seats...oh, my. I am sure lots of people will trade their reserved seats for a middle seat...at least we will have already been to WDW by the time we deal with that part. Maybe I will get some Disney-themed treats to help convince people...
I just cannot believe that they think this is an OK way to treat people. No more United for us - ever. Glad to hear that other airlines have handled it differently...gives me hope for our future trips.
Ahhh, back to the fun planning! DISNEY!
