Free dining=no AP rates for Sept?

I was wondering if, since Disney is offering one enticement for September with the free dining, if there are still going to be room only discounts for those of us who have an AP. I'm only looking for a discount for one night in a regular hotel before I switch to DVC, but every little bit helps!

my girlfriend got the free dining last year and i got the ap discount-we stayed at the cabins

and i also went a few days earlier with my son and stayed at ALK with the ap
