I'm trying to paste the image in my profile for the ad. Let's see if it works. I think you have to click on my Full Profile in order to see the ad.

When I clicked on the ad, I was taken a page with details about a shipboard credit for the Cruise Line. I'm gessing this ad wasn't supposed to be in the rotation yet.

After I clicked on it, got the white page, I went up to the address bar and "erased" everything to back to promo (right before "generic") and it went to a purple disney website page that said "this page is currently not available" .

I'm getting a blank page too. I'm trying to keep positive that they will be coming out with free dining in the next couple of days. I'm hoping by Saturday for Disney Visa holders or Monday the latest!

I just called and pointed this out to the CM, who did not know anything about it and said it was from last year. I asked for a supervisor who looked at it on the website with me but said they were not offering it as far as he knew.

Are they really that clueless? Do they not know about the discounts until the day of? I never really believed that...

Clueless is right! The link contains 'FY07' or 'fiscal year '07'. It's preceded by 'Q4' which I assume is 'fourth quarter'. It doesn't sound like Disney's fiscal year follows a calendar year exactly, but it's confirmation enough for me.

I called CRO today and the CM told me that nothing would be out at least for a couple of weeks, but he was very short about it...not alot of detail. I called Chase Disney Visa and the CSR kept wanting to direct all my questions to CRO..."They have all details on any specials going on." And a contact of mine who is a TA told me that something is certainly coming out VERY SOON and she already had all the literature but she could not give me details. And now this link on Disney.com. I think we're real close...and I hope we all get to take advantage of it. Good Luck All!!

Disney's fiscal year end is September 30. So July, Aug, and Sept would be their 4th quarter.

I was told that there wouldn't be any free dine this year due to being booked well but after seeing this add. Surley they are going to have it? Why would they put something like that if they weren't?

So I did a little word play with a CM today on the phone. I called to upgrade us to a deluxe resort due to the free dining. I figured the deluxes will sell out quick when it is released and I'm not gonna miss out this year! So in upgrading us I said "so, now when you guys make the free dining announcement on April 12, I can get my reservation adjusted so we get the free dining also right?, I want to be sure my dates are included." She hapily said "Yes when the announcement is made you may call up and we will make the adjustment to your reservation". So I continued to play on saying "I heard the dates were from mid August thru September I just want to be sure". She said "you can call us and we will adjust it, there may be some restrictions on length of stay, but look like you will be fine. So there ya have it. I called today.

It seems odd that they would create it today... I hope it's not a belated April fools joke on us..
