Free dining-moderate quick service?

I seen on a post that the new free dining pins is moderate with quick service instead of regular. Is this true? Last years October/November/December free dining, was it quick for moderates? I really am hoping this isn't true because, my dd is 11 this year and is brining a friend. Thats gonna be a hefty upgrade for all of us!

No, it was regular for the moderates last year. Pin offers can vary from what they might offer the general public.

The PIN that we got this year in January for travel up through March (that we ended up using) had free quick service for the moderates. I think it depends on the Pin...

Historically, PINs have offered QS to mods, but GP offers have offered regular DDP to mods.
