Free Dining in 2011??

Yes, I am so excited to experience Disney through my daughters eyes! I'm sure it will be amazing! I went to Disney for the first time in Oct in 2008 on our Honeymoon! We loved it!! Will never go any other time! All my Disney trips were always in August. I will NEVER go that time of year again! Oct was the best!! Of course, this time of the year is my favorite, so that adds to my likeness! (is that a word? LOL!)

Oh, I would very much recommend at least one trip for the Christmas holidays. (Well, early December anyways.) There is so much that is added for those holidays. We will admit we are in no hurry to do it again, mostly because it was so hard to pull a week from the real world at that time of year, but we agree it was well worth it to see it all!

I think we'll return to late-August when DD gets too old to pull out of school. Yes, the heat can be brutal, but you have to tour at a different pace with mid-days spent at the pool and it's really not so bad.

I actually have done a Christmas visit, in 2006. It was a girls only mini trip! It was great. I enjoyed it, but not as much as I thought I would have. I just couldn't get into the feel of Christmas there! LOL! I don't know why. My mom thinks it was because of the weather! Maybe! We are from NJ, so at that time of year, the weather is definitely different!

Yes, I told DH that once DD gets too old to pull out of school we will have to rearrange our travel dates. But, we still have awhile for that! LOL! We always did late August due to school. It wasn't that bad. Some years were worse than others. But you really just have to pace yourself. Keep hydrated. Take breaks. Enjoy the pool. I would rather be sweating my butt off in Disney than at home anyday!!! :lmao:
