Is free dining ever offered if you are staying at a Disney Villa? Do you ever get a room off discount at a Disney Villa?

Yes, Disney does offer their promotions on cash reservations at the villas. If you're staying on DVC points, your own or rented, there are no promotions available.

Do be aware that there are limited numbers of villas available for cash reservations at any given time, so villas with discounts will book rather quickly.

You will only be eligible for free dining or a room only discount if you booked the villa on cash. If you've rented points to stay in a DVC villas, neither discount is an option.
