We are sneaking one day in to go to the WWOHP since DH is a big fan.

I think we could do two trips a year, especially if one was without kids. It would make for two COMPLETELY different experiences.

Great Idea....second, third or twenty year honeymoon!

This is definitely under "and a whole lot more" but I was wondering if WDW has special food in the fall. I know there are special things available at MNSSHP, but besides that. This is my first time at the World. I have been to DL a few times and they really go all out for fall.

I think there was a pumpkin waffle at Sleepy Hollow. I can't remember if the candy corn ice cream was on,y during the party. Starbucks had their fall flavors on Main Street.

I dressed my twins up as dalmations last year and we stopped by to see Cruella. It was a wonderful photo op and her first response was "For me?" lol

Having a feeling this is going to be the summer promotion. Way too early for anything having to do with free dining, but wouldn't it be great if they do decide to just release it early.

was reading that disney by joe and the comments... they are saying tt a deal will be releasedtomorrow for 30% off and a park hopper pass for disney visa card holders tomorrow and the general public monday. didnt see dates that this will run thru.

I'm assuming it's 30% off for deluxe resorts, 20-25% off for moderates, and 15-20% off for value. That's what they seem to have every season.

This is also under the (and a whole lot more) section. We found out on our last trip, which we had memory maker for, that there are some CM photographers out walking around and they'll ask you if you want a picture. We went in September and it was kind of slow so this guy took a lot of time with us. We were over by the mad tea party ride and he was letting my daughter play a bit, he told her to look at the tea cups spinning and we got this shot (one of my favs). Plus since we had memory maker we were able to add decorations to the photo. I had thought before that they only had some photographers posted at certain picturesque points in the park. This guy just happened to be walking by us!

1) Just ordered our Disney Debit , how do you know when an offer via that comes out ?

2) we are going August 24-30 ...I know it's just a guess but do you think there is a chance free dining could be offered or do you think with Labor Day being late this year that it would be slim to none ?

I usually get the e-mail from Chase late afternoon when there is a DVisa offer. the DIS always has the offer details first.

You don't need to get your own email. You'll need to put a fresh deposit down on your DV when adding a DV discount. If your prior deposit is with the DV they'll verify the card number.

I always find out here first. Never got an email, but you should get one.

I think chances are slim 8/24 will be included for free dining, especially since the new room discount covers some of your dates.

Is the Disney Debit not available in certain areas? I tried signing up and for some reason it mentioned it wasn't available in my area. Didn't know there was a limitation based on where you live?

You have to have a Chase checking account to receive the debit card, I believe. So, if you live in an area where there are no Chase banks, you may not qualify.
