Free Dining Fall 2015? (and a whole lot more)

Though I don't know if this matters but I just got a pin a couple days ago for summer. Don't know if that's a bad sign or not.

We have 14 nights at POR booked, Oct 1-15. We're going whether FD is offered or not but of course it would be great. All our ADRs have been made.
I paid roughly 1/3 of the package off then opened a DVA. I've socked away the rest of the money for the package but I'm waiting out the 120 day period before I pay it off so I get the gift cards.
Here is my question: if FD is offered we'll likely have to change resorts. Would there be any detriment if I just book an entire new reservation, pay the deposit, then cancel the res I have now so I can cycle that money through my DVA and get the additional gift cards? I don't want to lose ADRs. But honestly, that is the only possible negative I can foresee.

I'm following this thread but I'm one of the ones hoping for a RO discount!! Sometimes I know the FD and RO are offered at different times so I'm guessing if the FD comes out first I should go ahead and add it just in case the RO discount doesn't come out later...but that seems farfetched, right??!!

I say April 29th.... or is that wishful thinking?
Let's roll the dice....who thinks April? Could you all make a guess, we'll see who is closest! And who thinks no FD this year?

I think May 6th....please let it be sooner :scared:

I say May 1st for visa and May 4th for general public :-)

I say May 8th

I say May 4th. It'll make Monday less lousy.

Ok, I rolled the dice and went ahead and purchased airline tickets for 8 of us for Nov 8th, hoping that will be a FD day. Was that a bad idea or does anyone think I'll get lucky?

I think you will be lucky one way or another. If it starts a day or two later you can always do a split stay and as I understand it you can even activate your package tickets as much as three days early. So all in all I say stay optimistic!

I just saw on Facebook that FD was just released to UK residents. I know they have different offers but maybe its a sign that its coming!!!!! :-)

I was just on the UK site and did not see this offer. They do have a nice 14 day ultimate ticket for the price of 7 days. (Maybe I Just didn't see it....)

I'm anticipating that the FD requires a 6 night 7 day stay. If we fly out 7 days later, I won't be able to do a split stay. Am I wrong?

It's funny, I've booked the hotel/dining but waiting on Better prices for flights. Once the flights are booked there's no going back I guess lol!! We are firm on our dates though, I've just seen lower prices between the 3-4 month out window.

Yes....the three month window seems to be the lowest rates. Too far out and they are expensive....same with too close! Three mos. is just right! Lol!

There is a current airline deal and I'm so tempted to grab it but I've also read about the average 80 day window before being cheapest so I don't know what to do! Is it really most likely going to be cheaper during that time so I should wait? The current prices are decent but I've seen them about $50-60 cheaper per person in the past so I really hope they have something like that around June/July!

Did anyone get an email from Disney Visa, talking about an upcoming offer that you needed to use your rewards? It was basically telling you to submit for rewards to use for an upcoming offer. Not sure if it will be for the store, parks, etc???? Ideas/opinions?????

I've gotten them in the past but they have always been for sales in the Disney Store.

The UK offer drops April 23rd, and UK offers have no connection to US offers.
Have I to live in UK to book in the UK site? I live in Spain and I don't know if will be better to book in the US or UK site...
