The only available free dining dates are 8/28-9/24/11. Technically it is not "free" because you have to purchase a photobook for $90.90 in order to get the dining at no cost. I would think that the hotel options are VERY limited to take advantage of this deal because it has been out for awhile. Hoping for new offers to come out by the middle of August.

You'll have to call Disney or use their online booking engine and see which resorts are still available with the offer for the time you want to go. You must check in between August 28 and September 24.

The current free dining dates are August 28 - September 24 and if you check in by September 24, you can have the free dining discount applied for up to 14 nights. I haven't seen or heard any reports of any of the Disney Resort being totally sold out of free dining discounts right now. Some of the resorts have sold out of preferred rooms though.

Everyone on the codes and rates board is speculating that the late fall/winter free dining discount will be coming out in the next couple of weeks, so if you need info on those dates or time frame, I would subscribe to one of the many FD threads over there.

We LOVE free dining and now rotate all of our annual trips around free dining dates. For us there is no better discount at WDW than free dining - it's saving us about $1,200.00 on our trip in August.

Okay, The Dis just posted this rumor to their homepage and to their Facebook page, they must know something or have some reason for thinking these dates are real or they would NOT have posted this info . . . . .

A rumor has begun circulating that Disney will offer a free Dining Plan for select dates. According to the rumor, bookings beginning August 3rd, 2011 will be eligible for the free Dining Plan for the following travel dates:



October 2, 2011 - October 8, 2011

October 23, 2011 - November 5, 2011

November 13, 2011 - November 19, 2011

November 27, 2011 - December 3, 2011

December 11, 2011 - December 17


Quick Service dining would be available to Value resort guests and Regular Dining for Moderate, Deluxe and Villa resort guests. To read more about this rumor, visit this thread on DISBoards.com.
