i don't think its free. i think they are giving you the opportunity to purchase it at a discount of 99.99 or something. i read it on another thread i think.

I called and priced it out. In the past, you could figure out your free dining costs ahead of time by going online and getting a quote for a package without discounts and no dining included. When free dining came out, that would be your price. This time, the price difference was about $117 more for me. When I asked the CM about it, she said the photo book had a value of $72. Not how the numbers come out there exactly. In other threads, people have reported different numbers than mine.

I have to say that for me it was $150.00 CHEAPER than when I priced it out before it came out. This is for quick service at a value for 2 rooms and 7 people. I am pretty confident in my pricing as well..... weird?

I have to say I am liking the lack o response to this offer, only because it completely fits into my vacation dates I've already booked our vaca with the % off room rate, but the free dining offer is a waaaaaay better deal for my fam. Man, kids get more expensive when they go from 9 to 10

This is good news. I think the window is so small this time around because they ran free dining end of last year for a bunch of dates this year. I think the time frame WDW is offering must still have low bookings so far.

Anyway, I booked end of 2010 free dining but had to cancel due to unexpected expenses etc. But now I wish I didn't because we may be able to swing a trip. If free dining is coming, that may just may it a reality!! Definitely will be ready come May 2nd.

I'm not quite positive on the time, but I do recall in the past calling early am for free dining.
