Free Dining Bounceback?

I've noticed on a lot of people's tickers that they got the free dining bounceback. I'm curious if this was only available to them for the free dining period also given to the public or if it was more flexible dates.

What was offered to 2007 resort guests was about a week or so longer than the GP offer in the spring of 2008 for 2008. I don't recall the dates offered for 2009 in 2008, but this years date range for FD to GP is longer than last year.

IIRC, the bounceback dates for FD offered when we were there last September were 8/23-10/3. My thought is the GP offering was extended one week earlier because the economy is so much worse than it was last fall. Disney is trying to lure more people to the resorts.
