I booked an 8 day stay at the Dolphin the last week of September using internet $129 special. weren't not allowed to add any dining plan. I was lucky enough to be allowed to make all ADR's at one time(supposedly you have to do each exactly 180 days out because Swan/Dolphin but nice cm let me)anyways I was on phone at least 45 minutes becuase the choices of restraunts and times were very hard to come by becuase of a number of things. 1st is the 180 +10 rule, the 2nd is Food and wine begins at end of month and a lot of the Epcot dining places are already booked. We are going to eat at places like Le Cellier, Coral Reef, San Angel, and Japan.also eating at Boma,WCC, O'hana. all of these places are pretty much full between 11-1 and 5-8.when I called i was told "I got a 620 and a 640 left thats it, unless you want 9 o'clock. For lunch it was i got a 1220 or 1240 unless you want to come back after 2." What I'm trying to tell everyone is book early with dining plan and be ready with back-up plan to eat, becuase with Free Dining the slim-pickings(good ADR times) are going to go from slim to none at 1 of the slowest times during the year at WDW. 1 other advise might be avoid the last week of September- becuase that will be the fullest of them all during free dining.
