Free dining August 2014?

Hi,

Does anyone know if this is likely to be available for August 2014?

If so, when will it be available to book?

Trying to plan our trip but I am clueless on how far in advance things can be booked for Florida, used to Paris, but this is a new world to me!

Disney released the free Dinning for 2013 around 10th April 2012 and over the years I think it's usually been either March or April.
