I found this announcement on the all ears website. Hopefully they will offer it to people without the Disney Visa Cards....

Free Dining for Disney Visa Cardholders: A special Magic Your Way package with Free Dining for Disney Visa cardholders is available starting yesterday, April 9. It is available to book between 4/9/07 – 6/24/07, for travel dates 8/26/07 – 9/22/07 and will require a minimum 3-night stay and 1-day theme park ticket purchase. Call Disney, your travel agent, or AllEars® travel sponsor MouseFanTravel.com for more information.

Have you been hiding under a rock for the past several days?? That's what everyone has been talking about??

Come on guys.....cut me some slack...lol

I guess I have been under a rock so to speak....:rotfl2:

I haven't been near a computer.....

Thank you for letting us know. It was nice of you to post out here. We understand that you are not a disboard addict like some of us. Please don't feel that you can't post anything out here. We like to hear your comments.:thumbsup2

It goes out to general public on the 12th. AT 7:00a.m. EST. And you better try your best to be on the phone right when they open. I'm a disney visa card holder and was able to book monday and i was on the phone at 7:00a.m. EST which was in fast 4:00a.m. PST where I'm at. It was still a 43 minute wait to speak with a CM.

Didn't mean to sound rude. It's all in good fun. See you can even laugh at your self.

I booked online with my Disney Visa, then called right away and "modified" my existing reservation. It was faster than calling and waiting to make the reservations.

I heard people were on the phone for quite some time waiting for a CM to pick up. This is my first time with the dining plan, let alone FREE, so I am excited!

Good Luck to those of you who will be calling and booking tomorrow! :thumbsup2

You will love free dining. This will be our 3rd year going. And good thinking with the way you did your reservation. I am lucky to have an awesome TA. I was already booked for Sept. I didn't have to make any phone calls. Got an email from her Monday morning everything was taken care of. :thumbsup2

We want to go next year Sept 19-28th. Hopefully, the free dining will be offered.:wizard:

I was thinking about making my reservations sometime before the end of this year. Should I make it with or without the dining? Once and if the free dining is offered I could just modify my reservations. I just want to make sure that we get the resort we want and the free dining if possible....What would you guys recommend?

we usually don't sit down for meals in Disney....we grab hamburgers and go! Now because of money or anything just because we hate to spend time sitting down to eat when we can be in the parks. We had already planned on going Sept 8-15th so when the announced the free dining, we waited to book. I was nervous about the dining plan and how it works but it seems to be a good deal and I have been hearing great reviews so I am super excited!

We were always the same way just grab a quick bite because didn't want to waste time. With free dining the last few years we have been going for 10 days so we can be a little more leisurely.

PS. Jersey rocks! miss it a lot.
