If anyone gets info about free dining next year please post here. Thanks.
It should be titled the kids (3-9) free dining, which already wasn’t even that bad of a deal at $30ish a day. The adult ones (or in this case kids 10-17 also) have their price more than tripleWith the Kids Free Dining in 2026 I wonder if the usual free dining offer will be available...?
Yes, I understand there is a considerable difference in price. My post was posing the question of whether the "usual" free dining offer would even be offered since it will overlap the 2026 kids free dining offer. They are different offers and may target different guests, but will WDW offer both at the same time? It's essentially an unanswered question at this point. Yes, it's always wise to run the numbers and decide what works best for your party's situation. But that's not what I'm talking about.Several older thread talk about 'free dining' plans. You have to be sure to compare hotel prices since it seems like at times Disney offers 'free' dining, but then you get less of a discount on the hotel price. Do the math to see what works best for your family. Just because marketing says something is 'free' doesn't mean it is a better value.
Disney probably doesn’t even know if they will offer both at the same time right now. The kids eat free is just a way to get people to spend more money since it requires the purchase of at least one adult dining package. Like if it didn’t require the purchase of adult dining package than it would be a decent dealYes, I understand there is a considerable difference in price. Do we know if the kids free dinning plan will be offered throughout 2026? They prematurely and without warning canceled the free dinning plan offer a few months ago so they I guess could do the same thing here but they haven’t even released all the 2026 dates for reservations yet.Yes, it's always wise to run the numbers and decide what works best for your party's situation. Currently, there is a "free kids dining" offer available for all of 2026. Unlike prior offers it does NOT require ticket purchase and can be included with a discounted room rate. It's available throughout all of 2026. Essentially pay for the dining plan for any adults and the kids aren't charged.
The historical "free dining" offer required paying rack rate for the room plus a minimum ticket requirement (length and type of ticket). All room occupants received the dining plan without charge. This offer was typically available for certain times of year.
It's a rhetorical question at this point...but will WDW offer anything akin to what has been offered as "free dining" in the past since it would run concurrent to the Kids Free Dining for 2026.
WDW will do what they wish and I suppose there is no guarantee it won't be pulled, especially since the details do mention "the number of packages available for this offer is limited." However it has been advertised as available for "all of 2026" and is currently listed as "Purchase through 2026" while other special offers only note "Book Now" (and then it disappears when pulled)Do we know if the kids free dinning plan will be offered throughout 2026? you can’t book for the last 2 months of 2026. November and December still haven't been released so you can’t use this package for all the 2026 dates yet. They could pull this offer before they release those dates. Unless there’s a loop hole or something that can be used that anyone knows of to lock this one in lol.WDW will do what they wish and I suppose there is no guarantee it won't be pulled, especially since the details do mention "the number of packages available for this offer is limited." Right, so I doubt it would be pulled anytime soon, and based on the wording "Purchase through 2026" leads me to think it won't be pulled at all. Hence my wondering whether a different "free dining" would even be offered for 2026 with expectation that the Kids Free Dining will remain in effect.you can’t book for the last 2 months of 2026. I want to think the same thing as you, but after the rugpull Disney did a few months ago with the free dinning plan I’m not too sure. For all we know Disney is purposefully not releasing those dates until they end the kids eat free promo and say “all packages have been sold.” Granted the packages for those months weren’t even available but whateves lolRight, so I doubt it would be pulled anytime soon, and based on the wording "Purchase through 2026" leads me to think it won't be pulled at all.
