Free dining 2016 question

We will be heading to Disney 1/30 - 2/6. Does anyone know if Disney has offered free dining during that time in the past? Right now we have booked an off-site hotel, but if free dining is available during our travel, most likely we will move to an on-site hotel.

They have been offering Stay, Play and Dine packages for the past 2 years rather than free dining in Jan-February. Mousesavers has a list of past offers:
