I don't know about this bb offer, but previous ones we have booked have never had a book by type expiry date. It was more like, dial the number to find out more information.

This. I don't see any date. I called first thing upon arrival, but was on hold longer than I like. The booklet was by the phone and there the offer was. I like to be in the know and take advantage of the offer as well, that's why I started this thread.

You will not be able to add rooms. Each adult who is on the current reservation will be able to book a reservation with the BB offer, but you won't be able to add rooms later.

You can change resorts, dates and how many people are in the room. You can upgrade the dining plan for an extra cost, but not downgrade it.

Thanks! Sounds like maybe I should start small on all aspects and then upgrade to a suite and such if the party gets bigger. Now I just need to cross my fingers this is still up and running during my November trip!

If you book a Room Only reservation with the BB you can't add dining at a later date. You have to already have a package to make changes to the dining plan part.

Or each adult in your room this year could book a room, even if they are the only guest listed for that room. You can add guests to each room later when you know who is going. You would have to pay a $200 deposit now, but at least you know you have the rooms you need, instead of hoping for availability later. The deposit is refundable up til 45 days before your stay, so you could cancel later if you don't need as many rooms.

It can be a little more difficult to change later. After the offer ends, you have to go thru guest services & some resorts & room types may no longer be available. So an upgrade later is not a sure thing.

You have to be in your room to book. You will have to phone for exact resorts and room categories since it says select values, moderates and deluxe.....but I'm sure CBR will offer fd if that's what you're wondering about.

You can book fd for up to two weeks as long as you check in during a fd promotion day.

I think booking two rooms the way you suggest would be fine.

OP here. The code is E563F. The fine print says excludes three bedroom villas and campsites. I think the CM mentioned it also excluded Mermaid rooms. It looks like moderates and up get DDP; 1TS, 1QS, 1 snack and mug. Maybe I can try loading pictures tomorrow. I've been busy going to parks. Today FP+ kiosks and the app were down. If you had previous FP+ picks you were able to use those, but not change them on the fly.

You can't book this unless you are a current guest in a WDW hotel. So as soon as you check in, you can call & book & you must book before CRO closes on your check out day.

I bolded the exceptions the OP posted. So according to that post, all other resorts are included. Hotels & room types available will vary by dates, so you have to just ask for the resort & room type you want when you call. Have back up choices in mind in case your first choice isn't available for your dates. Some resorts book faster than others. (Ex: POFQ standard will probably book quicker than YC water view club level).

I think they usually limit the reservation to 14 nights, so you should be fine. Yes, you & your GF each book a package. Put GF & your mom in her room, you & your dad in the other. You will each pay a $200 deposit when you book. Do it that way instead of GF alone & you & parents in other room or you will pay the extra adult charge for each night. The current guest must be the lead name on the bounceback reservation. But when you check in, you can have them re-arrange the names so you are with GF & parents are together. I have done this in the past with no trouble. That was before fast pass plus, so I am not sure if changing names in rooms would affect anything re: that. I wouldn't think so, because the fp are tied to your ticket, but just wanted to point that out.

sorry I misunderstood! No, it only means the mermaid room can't be booked for the folowing year. It doesn't matter what type of room or resort you are staying in when you book.

You don't actually have to be in your room to book this the brochure will also have an 800 # to call. You just need to book it during the dates of your upcoming stay after you have checked in. The first time we booked the BB we visited AKL to see if we wanted to stay there and called from our cell while eating lunch by their pool.
